Sales Customer Specialist
Maplewood, MN
Job Description
Used CarXpress in Maplewood is in need of a Customer Specialist to join our sales team! As a member of this negotiation free sales environment, you will work with credit challenged customers through the used vehicle sales process.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Taking customers on test drives
-Reviewing inventory
-Assisting with paperwork
-Other miscellaneous duties as required

-The majority of our sales staff never sold a vehicle before they joined Walser
-This entry level sales position provides a great work/ life balance (scheduled 40 hours/ week)
-Sales traffic is good and we need men and women who are passionate about providing solutions to our customers' needs
Compensation:
Hourly base plus monthly incentives. Annual compensation range is $36,000+.
Minimum Requirements:
-Valid driver's license in state of residence
-Must meet Walser driving standards (have a good driving record)
-Excellent interpersonal skills- phone, email and face-to-face
-Must be outgoing, have a positive attitude and be a team player
-Professional demeanor and appearance
-Strong customer service mentality
