Due to growth, the Walser Automotive Group is in need of Customer Specialists to join our Buick GMC Roseville dealership! As a member of this negotiation free sales environment, you will work on a team to lead customers through the entire vehicle sales process.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Greeting all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
-Reviewing inventory
-Participating in customer test drives
-Collecting all needed customer information and completing paperwork
-Presenting finance menu options
-Other miscellaneous duties as required

Requirements:
-Valid driver's license in state of residence
-Must meet Walser driving standards (have a good driving record)
-Excellent interpersonal skills- phone, email and face-to-face
-Must be outgoing, have a positive attitude and be a team player
-Professional demeanor and appearance
-Strong customer service mentality
