Manages and coordinates human resources activities, such as labor relations, employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and employee services.
Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years experience as the recognized site Human Resource Leader.
Requires a strong client focus, business acumen and results orientation; both a strategic thinker and able to execute tactics.
Proven ability to identify key issues and develop creative solutions and the ability to drives processes across the organization.
Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a manufacturing union environment is strongly preferred.
PHR / SPHR Certification is desireable
