We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for recording and maintaining all banking related activity.

We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for recording and maintaining all banking related activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Month End duties include:
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Record interest income
- Record bank fees
- Daily recording of customer and third party payer receipts
- Daily recording of miscellaneous cash receipts
- Daily bank account reconciliation
- Processing credit card payments
- Assisting collections with customer account inquiries as needed
- Daily cash and collections reporting
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications/Education:
- 2 year accounting degree required
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Epicor experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented
