The Resolution Specialist (Collector) is responsible for:

• Skip-tracing
• Outbound calling to our customers to determine solutions
• Negotiating and arranging acceptable repayment plans, which can include settlement offers
• Collecting on charged-off debt
• Adhering to all applicable collections laws (FDCPA)

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills:

• Computer literate (Windows-based operating systems)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to effectively manage time
• Able to type and enter data accurately while speaking with customers
• Steady, consistent employment history
