Program Coordinator will work with consumers with varying abilities and needs in the residential setting. Responsibilities include supervision and training of staff, oversight of consumers programs and licensing regulations. Functions as the representative and point of contact for the SLS sites for families, team members’ and consumers. Reports to the Program Director to ensure smooth service delivery and management of the site.

The typical hours are daytime Monday- Friday, with evening and/ or weekends. Weekend on-call rotation.

$13.00/hr. 40 hours per week+ benefits

Preferred qualifications include: Experience providing instruction to employees, a teaching/training background, and a collaborative approach. Knowledge of MDH, DHS, CARF, and County licensing requirements is preferred.
