Beginning Jan. 1, 2012, airport restaurateur, OTG, will redefine the current offerings in MSP Concourse G with new chef-driven restaurants, fresh markets, the integration of Apple iPads throughout the concourse, and concierge services for frequent fliers on the go. The atmosphere at MSP will be distinct from any other airport. Concepts arriving to MSP's Concourse G this year with menus composed by acclaimed local chefs: Andrew Zimmerman, Ann Kim, Doug Flicker, Erick Harcey, Koshiki Yonemura Smith, Lenny Russo, Russell Klein, Michael Coury, Michelle Gayer, Scott Nelson, Bill Summerville, Bill Waddington, Dan Anderson, Erick Klein, Greg Hoyt, and Steve Horton. The MSP Experience will be a true reflection of the region.
OTG seeks high-energy, professional crew members to deliver An OTG Experience in both our full-service and quick-serve restaurants. Candidates who bring fun, creativity, passion and a commitment to customer service will be considered for our MSP opportunities. Training will be provided.
