About Missions Inc.

Missions Inc. provides services to over 3,400 man, women and children each year through six health and human services programs: Hart House, Home Free, Mission Detox Center, Mission Lodge, Mission Nursing Home and Smith Lodge. Residents find their way to us through referrals from friends and family, and public and private agencies.

Our campus is located in Plymouth, Minnesota. Near to the city yet offering a sense of privacy and refuge, it provides a therapeutic setting for five programs that share 38 acres.

The nearly 200 employees of Mission Inc. make change possible every day providing services with compassion and respect, and standing alongside the people they serve as their advocates. Thousands of volunteer hours are generously contributed to Mission Inc. Programs each year.

Throughout its history, Missions Inc. has benefited from the commitment of community leaders who serve on its Board of Directors, providing oversight and expertise critical to the stability and responsiveness of the organization. This community involvement has broadened through the years to include area agencies and community groups whose collaborative efforts enrich and support the work of the organization.
