Our roots are deeply cultivated among the finest durum wheat growers in the world. Farmers planted a seed of an idea in 1990 to build their own durum mill and pasta production facilities. Today, Dakota Growers is a thriving enterprise that has expanded through the years to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
We own our own mill, utilizing Italian equipment and technology. We mill 100% of our raw material needs, including certified organic semolina.
We produce over 100 varieties of pasta shapes. 'Better - For - You' formulas are available in the most popular shapes.
We sell our pastas to retailers under their private label. All of the leading restaurant chains serve Dakota Growers pasta, and other processors spec Dakota Growers in their frozen food entrees, dry dinner mixes, and other prepared meals.
