Bethel Care Center is located in the historic Cathedral Hill district of Saint Paul. Bethel Care Center is a 123 bed Medicare/Medicaid, VA certified skilled nursing facility.

We specialize in providing exceptional care and services to assist our residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of physical, social, cultural and spiritual well being.

Since 1985 Bethel Care Center has earned a reputation for being the leading provider of outstanding medical care and services to chronic ventilator dependent individuals. We have expanded our program to include tracheostomy and ventilator weaning.

Additionally, we are proud of the exceptional care we provide to individuals with complex medical conditions, difficult behaviors and various mental health diagnoses.
