We want employees who are able to act as a consultant within their role in the bank and can work collaboratively with other employees to provide unique banking solutions for the customer. COMPANY OVERVIEW: Venture Bank has three metro locations in Bloomington, Golden Valley and Eagan and approximately 60 employees. As of January 31, 2011 the bank had $257 million in assets.
