Turkey To Go is an exciting quick service restaurant that has had roots at the Minnesota State Fair for over 50+ years. Under new management it has grown substantially and was a pioneer in expanding the mobile food trucks in Minneapolis and the surrounding areas. In fall 2011 Turkey To Go is opening two new stores serving the business crowds in downtown Minneapolis & St. Paul. In addition to our booth at the MN State Fair and new store fronts, we have a mobile food truck in Downtown Minneapolis and a kiosk at Target Field.
