The "all people" focus of the EFCA Mission

Both within the national office and in the body of Christ around the world we are transforming and building EFCA systems and relationships to take a biblical stand for justice, diversity, and racial reconciliation so that transformational churches can reach all people. Over 75 major cities in the U.S. are comprised primarily of people of ethnic origin. In fact, 40% of all Americans consider themselves ethnic. Every year more than 1.5 million immigrants enter the U.S. Each comes with his or her own needs, skills, expectations, and dreams. We believe that God has brought this convergence of cultures to our doorstep for His purposes: "From one man He made every nation on earth; and He determines the time set for them and the exact places where they should live. God did this so that men would seek Him and perhaps reach for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us." Acts 17:26-27
