TTN's original parent company, Peak Performers International, was founded in 1987 and continues to thrive today. Total Training Network was formed in 1995 to satisfy customer demand for on-demand training solutions. In 1999, Total Training Network became a wholly owned subsidiary of BI, winner of the 1999 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. In June of 1999, Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur magazine named Total Training Network as one of its Hot 100 companies. It measured company performance, product or service provided, and company management as important ingredients to become a Hot 100 company.
