  • 401K - The 401k plan helps you save for your future. The Sportsman’s Guide generously matches a portion of the Associate contribution.
  • Group Medical Coverage - Health Insurance is available for Associates, spouses and dependent children. The health plan uses a network of providers to deliver quality care. Coverage includes office visits, hospitalization, prescriptions, frequent fitness program, healthy discounts at participating companies and more.
  • Group Dental Coverage - Dental Insurance is available for Associates, spouses and dependent children. The dental plan uses a network of providers to deliver quality care. Coverage includes full preventative care, basic services, major services and more.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) - The Sportsman’s Guide offers FSA for medical and dependent daycare. With an FSA, Associates can put pre-tax money aside to pay for eligible health, dental and daycare costs.
  • AFLAC - AFLAC offers a variety of supplemental insurance products, such as Short-Term Disability, Hospital Sickness, Accident, Cancer and Specified Health Event.
  • Term Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Company-paid Life/AD&D Insurance, and Associates have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouses and dependent children.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Company-paid Life Assistance and Work/Life Support Program (EAP) provides confidential assistance, information and resources to help resolve life’s challenges.
  • Paid Vacation - Vacation is earned based on time of service; in addition, all Associates are eligible for up to 3 personal days per year.
  • Paid Holidays - The Sportsman’s Guide has 6 paid holidays, and your birthday is a paid day off.
  • Education Assistance - The Sportsman’s Guide offers tuition reimbursement to encourage Associates to extend their knowledge and training through participation in courses of approved study. The Company will reimburse an eligible associate up to 100% of tuition and registration fees.
  • Merchandise Discounts - Ability to purchase merchandise from The Sportsman’s Guide, The Golf Warehouse and Northern Tool and Equipment at a discount.
  • PC Purchase Plan - The Sportsman’s Guide will reimburse eligible Associates up to 25% of the cost for a personal computer after 6 months of employment.
