How We Operate

Unlike other agencies that just send any aide to a client's home, we at In Home Personal Care have a different philosophy:

  • We encourage our clients to meet our homecare aides first. This helps reduce "aide turnover" by allowing both the client and the aide to determine with whom they feel most comfortable working.

  • We allow our clients to have complete control of scheduling their homecare aides.

  • We carefully pre-screen the applicants and require them to complete a comprehensive training program.
