| These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Veterans receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience. |
NAVUBPP - National Association Veterans Upward Bound - Minneapolis VUB staff and instructors assist veterans by developing, improving, and extending educational access and opportunities to eligible veterans through academic needs assessment, instruction, enrichment, and other academic support activities. Veterans Upward Bound projects are funded by the U. S. Department of Education and serve eligible veterans across the nation. |

Positively Minnesota The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) is the state’s principal economic development agency. DEED programs promote business recruitment, expansion, and retention; international trade; workforce development; and community development. DEED facilitates an economic environment to produce jobs and improve the quality of the state’s workforce. These actions support the economic success of Minnesota individuals, businesses, and communities by providing opportunities for growth.

Scott County Veterans Service Office Scott County Veterans Service assists veterans of the county, their dependents and survivors, in securing Federal and State benefits provided by law because of their service in the Armed Forces of the United States. Veterans Service Personnel help in the development of claims, preparations of government forms, and accessing information for them in connection with their claims for benefits from various State and Federal agencies. |

Society of American Military Engineers - Saint Paul Post The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the premier professional military engineering association in the United States, unites architecture, engineering, construction (A/E/C), facility management and environmental entities and individuals in the public and private sectors to prepare for—and overcome—natural and manmade disasters, and to improve security at home and abroad. |

St. Paul Veterans Resource Center Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling and outreach services to all veterans who served in any combat zone. Services are also available for their family members for military related issues. Veterans have earned these benefits through their service and all are provided at no cost to the veteran or family. The Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Center program operates a system of 232 community based counseling centers. The Vet Centers are staffed by small multi-disciplinary teams of dedicated providers, many of which are combat veterans themselves. |

Veterans For Peace - Minnesota Veterans For Peace, Inc. (VFP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and humanitarian organization dedicated to the abolishment of war. To achieve these goals, members of Veterans For Peace pledge to use non-violent means and to maintain an organization that is both democratic and open with the understanding that all members are trusted to act in the best interests of the group for the larger purpose of world peace. |

We also advocate on behalf of the veteran and their dependents or direct them to other authorized agencies or providers as their need dictate.

Through the County Veterans Service Officer the CVSOA is committed to Wisconsin counties to provide a vital and efficient system of services and advocacy to veterans, their dependents, and survivors.
