These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with Diversity Organizations receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

St. Francis ISD 15 Adult Education Center - Adult EducationMetro North ABE is a free program to help adults age 16 years or older (who are not enrolled in a secondary school) develop basic skills; such as reading, writing, math, work skills, English and technology. Several sites are located in northern Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area.

We offer flexibility, personalized programs, and marketable job skills. We also offer Test Pass Assurance; Over 90% of TechSkills’ students pass their industry certification tests on their first attempt. We are so confident in our students’ ability to be successful that if you don’t pass your test the first time, we’ll pay for one re-take for every successfully completed course.

The City, Inc.

The City, Inc.Pride in the City (PIC) is a collaboration between The City, Inc. and Habitat for Humanity that was created to help empower at-risk inner-city youth who live in urban Minneapolis. The program helps to prepare them for a successful transition into the work force. Working with Habitat for Humanity, PIC combines education, vocational training, hands-on experience and individual guidance to provide youth with a positive and encouraging work experience that will become a springboard for successful future employment.

Tubman Family Alliance - Jobs, Education, and Training (JET)

Tubman Family Alliance - Jobs, Education, and Training (JET)The Jobs, Education, and Training (JET) program teaches job search and career skills and provides referrals for clients to find jobs. JET also helps victims of domestic violence obtain Family Violence Waivers. JET is a customized program for the specific needs of each participant, which includes participants from any Tubman service program, whether or not they are in residence at the shelter; however, you do not have to be staying in the shelter or working with another Tubman program to participate in JET.

Twin Cities Men's Center

Twin Cities Men's CenterThe Men's Center is an incorporated, non-profit, volunteer organization which began as an outgrowth of the Men's Awareness Network in the Twin Cities in 1973. The Men's Center provides resources for men seeking to grow in body, mind and spirit, and from that foundation advocates for healthier family and community relationships.
